You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to despDev.
DespDev is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Quitzilla app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide the Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We, therefore, recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Quitzilla app won’t work properly or at all.

Optional subscription "Quitzilla Premium" is available if you would like to use more features of the app. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Billing Cycle). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
All Subscriptions may be final and non-refundable. By accepting these terms, you agree that despDev is not required to provide a refund for any reason. DespDev may change, modify, or eliminate features of the Subscription at any time, with or without notice. Any Subscription fee change will not go into effect automatically; you must opt into the fee change to continue using the Subscription after the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
In no event shall despDev or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Quitzilla, even if despDev or a despDev authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The materials appearing in Quitzilla could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. despDev does not warrant that any of the materials on Quitzilla are accurate, complete, or current. despDev may make changes to the materials contained in Quitzilla at any time without notice. However, despDev does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Your use of the Application is at your sole risk. The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
